The Architectural Control Committee helps maintain the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood by evaluating the plans for all exterior changes (such as painting, decks, fences, patios, etc.) to ensure compliance with the CC&Rs.
The Compliance Committee is made up of homeowners who work with the property management company to investigate homeowner compliance to the governing documents, including unapproved architectural changes.
The Grounds & Pool Committee is responsible for working with the property management company as well as our landscaping and pool management vendors to ensure our amenities are properly maintained throughout the year.
Our Activities & Events Committee plans events for the community throughout the year including holiday celebrations and community gatherings.
