The South Lake Compliance Committee does the following for the community, on behalf of the Board of Directors:
The process for identifying, documenting and managing compliance violations is managed by our property manager with support from the Compliance Committee. Our property manager is a key part in this process, because they act as a wholly independent reviewer of compliance violations to ensure that all homeowners are treated equitably. The Compliance Committee is made up of homeowners who volunteer their time to help the property manager ensure that non-compliances are addressed in a consistent and fair manner.
