South Lake's CC&Rs allow rentals up to 5% of the total number of homes. At this time, we are at our maximum capacity for rentals. No other properties may be rented. For more information, please contact the board.

Please contact the City of Greenwood's Planning Division , at 317-881-8698, to obtain a copy at no cost. Greenwood must receive the street address, lot #, and subdivision name.

The pool is open 9am - 10pm daily from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
