Our community pool is open 9am-10pm daily between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend for homeowners and their guests. The pool house contains both men's and women's restroom facilities and showers. Our pool facility is one of our community's strongest assets. Access to the pool is controlled via a pool access card. Residents who require a pool access card should contact the Board of Directors using the Contact Us form. Cards will not be activated until homeowners (and tenants if applicable) sign our Pool Rules Agreement.
Our main pool is three (3) feet deep at the shallow end increases to four (4) and five (5) feet deep.
Our children's wading pool ("kiddie pool") is one (1) foot deep, and perfect for children ages five (5) years old and younger.
The Homeowners’ Association maintains the pool and its associated facilities. During the months when the pool is opened, a pool service company provides daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure the pool is always ready for use by the community. The pool facilities are under 24/7 video surveillance.
Access to the pool facility is by an RFID access card that is issued to each homeowner/address. Before the access card is activated each year, the homeowner must sign and return a copy of the pool rules. If you recently purchased a home in the neighborhood you should have received the key card from the previous owner at closing. If you did not, please contact our property management company.
Please note that homeowners are allowed to bring guests to the pool but the guests MUST be accompanied and supervised by the homeowner. DO NOT give your access card to anyone else to use! Homeowners are liable for damages caused when using community facilities (including the homeowner’s guests).
Additional/replacement access cards are available at a cost of $25. If you would like to purchase an additional card, please contact our property management company.
Please be courteous to your neighbors; if you drive to the pool, please use the designated parking area and avoid parking on the street. The pool parking area is to be used for visiting the pool and playground. It is not to be used for homeowner overflow parking or overnight parking. Vehicles left in the pool parking area are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
