Rental Property Information
The South Lake Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) state that only 21 homes in the South Lake community can be offered as long-term rental properties. Short-term rentals are prohibited by our CC&Rs.
Renting a property not approved by the BOD is a direct violation of Article 8 of our CC&Rs (recorded April 27, 2023). A copy of the CC&Rs can be accessed online at https://www.southlakehoa.org/documents.
